We worked closely with Beth Rees and I can definitely assure you to trust tour property process to Beth. She is dedicated, committed and responsible – she helped us to solve electricity debt issue upon the move outside of her working hours on late Friday evening. Beth answers promptly and on point.
Property maintenance also is in good hands. We work with Ewelina and she helped us with multiple requests in the first week on the new place.

My wife and I had what the agents and solicitor agreed was one of the most difficult sales they had ever experienced. Problems of every kind occurred and we completed on the final day of the buyers’ mortgage offer. Through it all, however, Knight Frank were magnificent. From attending the property for the fire risk and asbestos surveys, to collecting keys to the basement from South London and then delivering back them afterwards, they could always be counted on to do what we needed. I must pay special tribute, though, to Maisie Severn who was in constant touch with all the parties, ironing out difficulties as went along, and, in particular, reassuring the buyers of our determination to see the sale through regardless of the difficulties, without which they might have lost faith and called everything off. We find ourselves very grateful to her.
