Poor time keeping, over booked, lacks professionalism and organisation
Doctor’s not too bad, she’s ok. She knows her medical stuff, knowledgable and beats gp doctors. Can be a bit more friendly and approachable but she is foreign i guess. Her prices are quite high though considering the feedback is limited to what she feels is relevant as opposed to telling u everything esp if u have paid for a whole body scan. You should get a whole body organ scan report thats what u paid for. Not just a highlight of the organs u have issues with or she feels need to be discussed!
Timing and punctuality is a tad unprofessional. Expect to wait around a lot! Anyone can walk in, which delays the appointment times for those prior booked. Or, there are several patients booked at roughly the same time, so it can be rushed and busy with one small sitting area. Not good as this is a paid service! Its not free!
Poor feedback and communication, you need to chase her to no avail! Never responds, just ignores once the appointments done. Don’t feel like the care is genuine or sincere, just a good way to earn profit. Can definitely improve on value for money, customer service and care, feedback, clinic organisation, punctuality and communication. Give full body organ scan reports.
Won’t be taking my daughter back here. There are many other similar places to this, a lot cheaper and you get seen on time, full scan reports and they respond within 24 hours. That’s paid professionalism. If she can take heed and improve on the constructive feedback, then it’ll be worth your while.
