Fresh bread on your high street daily. That’s pretty much the long and the short of our ethos. We’d like everyone to be able to enjoy delicious bread every day, so our bakeries are jam-packed with loaves of all shapes and sizes for every occasion.
Good bread begins with just four honest ingredients: flour, water, salt and yeast. We aim to keep it that simple, which is why we never add preservatives, artificial colours or flavours to our loaves. Instead, we seek out the best natural ingredients from where they’re best, whether it’s hand-peeled Bramley apples from Britain, single-source unsalted butter from France or plump juicy olives from Mediterranean groves.
Whilst bread is our bread and butter, rest assured we put just as much care into everything else we make from cakes and croissants, to salads and sandwiches.
