The Festive Season got off to a sparkling start in Hampstead Village at our Christmas Fair. Over 15,000 locals and visitors came along to enjoy our attractions and explore our Village and its shops against the background of our atmospheric Christmas Lights.
Thanks to everyone who contributed to the Fair’s success including local businesses, schools, performers, Camden Council and the Police.
Our event included traditional children’s carousels, reindeer and a Santa’s grotto plus a range of other attractions. Our lively street performers included a brass band, local children’s choirs, the Hampstead All Stars jazz band and Swing Patrol lindy hop dancers plus a stilt walker and juggler amongst others.
Our array of gourmet street food and on-street bars kept everyone sustained and craft stalls provided gift opportunities, whilst shops throughout Hampstead Village offered a warm welcome, in-store hospitality and special promotions.
So a very good day was had by all – particularly those who got ahead with their Christmas purchases! For those who have still got that to-do shopping list in hand, come to Hampstead Village and we’re sure you’ll find the perfect gifts…
