More about Marcos

Marcos was appointed in February 2019 as the Manager of the Hampstead Village Business Improvement District (BID). He grew up in Puerto Rico before moving to the US to pursue a degree in Political Science and Sociology at Arizona State University, where he graduated with honours. Marcos then pursued his Master’s Degree in International Relations and Democratic Politics at the University of Westminster in London. He spent three years working at the UK Parliament for the Rt Hon Sir David Lidington CBE MP. Marcos then transitioned into consultancy at Four Public Affairs where he advised clients on a variety of topics which included Business Improvement Districts.
