About Cacciari’s Portobello

  • 🍽️ The restaurant has a relaxing and inviting atmosphere with great decor, including red velvet chairs and exposed brick walls.
  • 🥘 The food is authentic Italian and the portions are generous.
  • 👍 The staff are accommodating, attentive, and cater well to dietary restrictions, even providing allergen information on the menu.
  • 💰 Prices are on the higher side, but the quality of the food matches the cost.
  • 🍝 The freshly made pasta is a highlight, and the olive pate served with the salmon is particularly delicious.
  • 👩‍💼 The Italian-speaking waitress is very helpful and makes recommendations for dishes like the crab pasta.
  • 📦 The restaurant offers takeaway service, packaging up leftovers neatly.
  • 💒 The interior decor is lovely, with little touches like table lamps, and the seats are plush and comfortable.
  • 🌆 Outdoor seating is also available, creating a great ambiance for a quiet dinner date on summer nights.
  • ❌ While some enjoyed their meals, others found the smoked ham pizza and chicken Milanese to be average or lacking flavor.

User Feedback

Beautiful restaurant & great service ,but too expensive

Great to find Saltimbocca on the menu & not too salty like you find in Italy However a wee bit expensive considering didn’t come with any veg.& all sides & salads too expensive @ £8

And many of the bottles of wines were ridiculously expensive

Would have had profiteroles if they’d been on the dessert menu ,but sadly they weren’t

Would love to return ,but I felt a bit ripped off
