Absolutely appaling, the worse i haver encountered

The Out Patient Pharmacy system is not fit for purpose. You have very sick people waiting outside a portacabin the the freezing cold for hours to collect a simple prescription. I have never come across a system as atrocious as this. It is way beyong terrrible. Please do something about it.
