About Locksley Masjid (Mile End)
- 🕌 Pleasantly surprised by cleanliness and spaciousness of the mosque, and warmth of the locals. Will definitely return for prayers.
- 🚗 Quiet location with parking availability. Recommended for family and friends to participate in the community Masjid.
- 🤲 Friendly Imam who delivers good Khutab (sermon) and recites with good Tajweed (proper pronunciation).
- ❌Disappointed on 2nd April as the mosque was shut without any notice or contact information, missing their prayer.
- ✨Small mosque but well-organized by dedicated volunteers during the pandemic.
- 🙏 Big prayer area, large clean wudu (ablution) area, ramp and parking for disabled access – a nice inclusive touch.
- ✨Sense of community is great, especially with Tafseer sessions every Tuesday after Isha prayer (night prayer).
- 💛Very welcoming to visitors and provided informative khutbah during their visit. Nice and clean with plenty of space.
- 🚗Great mosque that also comes with a decent car park.
