- 👍 Love the place, great value and location, friendly staff, spacious rooms with amenities like fridge, microwave, cutlery and sink.
- 👎 Cleaners are not up to par – didn’t empty bins or properly clean surfaces and cutlery.
- 🚨 Fire alarm goes off frequently – inconvenient but still worth the price.
- ❌Bad experience with fire alarm – no explanation or assurance of safety from staff member.
- ✨ Best value in central London – close to underground station, shops, clean rooms and friendly staff.
- 💁Lovely staff and nice accommodation but important to note that it is not a hotel and guests need to bring their own essentials.
- ⭐Overall a lovely place to stay with a great location.
- 💤 Not happy with cleanliness upon arrival – lots of dust in the room.
