- 🏨 The rooms are small and worn out, but the location is excellent – within 5 minutes’ walk to Paddington Station or Hyde Park

- 💦 Mixed opinions on cleanliness – some reviewers mentioned stains on the walls and a bad smell in the elevator, while others found the rooms clean after housekeeping
- 🚇 Conveniently close to subway station, though noise from outside could be heard through thin windows
- 🛌 Initial disappointment with a ground floor room facing an alleyway, but staff eventually agreed to change it to a higher floor room with a better view of the street and city
