- 👉 Despite booking a room at Notting Hill by Capital, the first reviewer arrived at 12:30am and was unable to enter as they didn’t receive the email with the entry codes. They had to find alternative accommodation but were fully refunded by Booking.com.
- 👉 Another reviewer had trouble opening their room door despite following instructions. There was no reception or emergency contact provided, and it turned out that the hotel owners were aware of this issue but failed to notify guests. This was seen as a shameful service.
- 👉 Unfortunately, one reviewer gave a one-star rating because after confirming their reservation, they were informed that they couldn’t stay due to an error.
