- 👎 One star review: The hotel is disappointing, dirty, small and poorly maintained. The floors are creaky and noise from adjacent rooms can be heard. The room for 5 people is actually for 4 with an uncomfortable fold-out bed.
- 👎 Terrible experience: The hotel is very small, the receptionist was rude and the room was dirty with hairs stuck to the shower walls. There were even cockroaches present. Promised refund never received.
- 👎 Disgusting: Dirty room with unwashed sheets, stains and hairs. Bed bugs that caused discomfort at night. Staff was unpleasant and no refund given.
- 👎 Worst in Europe: Poorly located, dirty with terrible concierge and cleaning service. No elevator or maintenance as the broken window opened by itself. Breakfast was not provided on one day even though it was included, and the room wasn’t cleaned for two days out of five.
