- 🎉 Secret and nice place. Décoration très soignée. Propreté impeccable. Accueil parfait et au coeur d’un Londres vivant.
- 🚇 Overall, a wonderful stay at W12 Rooms with super convenient access to the nearest tube and overground stations (less than 3 minutes away).
- 🧼 The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean, with friendly and accommodating receptionists and cleaning personnel.
- 💻 WiFi was available but not very stable, however, it did not detract from the overall positive experience.
- 🏙️ Location is super convenient as it is right next to an underground station, plenty of food options around, and Westfield just 100 yards away.
- 🛏️ Although the rooms are small, they are adequate and clean. Staff are described as friendly and helpful.
- ⛔ Accessibility may be a concern for some as there are steps to climb for reception but assistance is readily available when requested.
- 💯 Very clean hotel with brilliant staff located right next to Shepherds Bush rail and bus depot. Loads of shops nearby but no parking (expected in London).
