Came at usual time to find staff doing hotel washing. This should be done out of usual hours. I have been a regular customer for years and was told to go to Central Park laundry. Beginning to wonder if this launderette is for public use or hotel use. Not a happy customer, if you are not careful you will lose regular custom.
