• 🍕 Lady on the phone arranged delivery for a customer who accidentally ordered collection instead of delivery, all free of charge and faster than expected. Thankful and happy customer.
• 🍕 Found Papa John’s when their usual restaurant was closed and were pleasantly surprised by the £5 deal for a 6″ pizza and drink. Impressed with the friendly receptionist/chef who prepared the fresh pizza in front of them. Highly recommended and better than fast food in the area.
• 🍕 Unfortunately, experienced a mix-up with delivery where one item was dropped. Spoke to the restaurant manager who initially promised a replacement but then failed to deliver it and was rude about it. Frustrated customer with unreliable drivers and poor service.
• 🍕 Had a terrible experience with Papa John’s – ordered and paid, received confirmation email, only to be told an hour later that they hadn’t received the order. The store refused to refund and had to dispute through PayPal. Trash store, bad customer service, and rude staff.
• 🍕 Another delivery issue where the pizzas arrived in a mess.
