• 👎 The staff at this Pepe’s location were extremely unprofessional and rude, especially one particular lady who was caught on camera. They refused service to a customer who arrived 5 minutes before closing time and spoke to him disrespectfully when he questioned their decision.
• 👎 Another customer complained about the quality of the wings they ordered. Despite paying extra for hot sauce, the wings ended up being bland and poorly coated. When the customer went back to the store to complain, they discovered that the sauce was runny and diluted with oil and water.
• 👎 A third customer was disappointed with both the staff service and the quality of their paneer dish. The paneer was not grilled in the sauce as it should have been, and the overall flavor was bland. The hot sauce was also not spicy enough, yet they were still charged extra for it.
