- 👎 Staff at the desk were not attentive and were chatting instead of providing service. Gate did not open even after assistance.
- 👎 Sauna is closed. Gym is dirty and full of kids. Requires 20p coins to use equipment.
- 👍 New gym around the corner offers better equipment and is half the price.
- 👎 Changing rooms/loos frequently smell like urine. Not enough staff to accommodate during busy times. Front desk staff are rude, except for an outstanding swimming teacher named Alex.
