• 🙂 The receptionist’s behavior could be improved with some training on speaking to people. It’s difficult to get an appointment, as they tend to change frequently and the staff doesn’t have access to accurate appointment times.
• 😔 The practice used to be great, but something has changed. The new online symptom checker is useless and doesn’t allow you to skip symptoms you’re not experiencing. Phone contact is nonexistent, making patients feel stupid for calling, and there is a lack of compassion towards their concerns.
• 😐 There seems to be a pattern of dismissive behavior developing at this practice. Some long-time patients can no longer meet face-to-face and are asked to send photos instead. Actual inquiries are often dismissed with impersonal advice that could easily come from an AI system.
• ⭐️ Mixed opinions regarding whether the receptionist needs better training or if the booking system should be more stable.
