- 👎 Very disappointed with the service at Harrods gift shop. Cashier refused to give me a third bag for my gifts, even though I offered to pay for it. She was rude and didn’t treat me well.
- 👍 The sales manager at Harrods was very helpful in finding tote bags that were not available in Singapore. Surprisingly, he is from Japan, not from the UK.
- 😊 Harrods is a must-visit place in London if you’re looking for luxury items and high-priced souvenirs. It’s really cool!
