- 📦 Assistant manager Nadim delivered a parcel quickly and efficiently, making the experience smoother.
- ❌ Some problems reported every time visiting this Co-op, including customers not forming an orderly queue, with people standing next to you at the counter instead. Staff can be argumentative and unprofessional.
- 💼 One staff member appeared drunk and was inconsiderate to other shoppers. Another rude staff member snatched items and used heavy-handed tactics which scraped a customer’s hand.
- 💔 Some terrible staff lacking in education and good customer service skills, making it a vile and toxic place to shop.
