- 👍 Friendly and fast service with helpful explanations of the different cakes.
- 🍰 Banana Bread and Karamell Shortbread were delicious, similar to a Mega Twix bar.
- ☕ Tea was excellent and there was pleasant background music.
- 💰 Good value for money, couldn’t find any negatives.
- 😕 Mixed opinions – Some felt the Jericho Coffee Company had slow service with dry croissants, but acknowledged the fantastic location of the Royal Albert Hall.
- ⏳ One customer experienced a long wait for their order, which turned out to be a pre-made sandwich. They were disappointed by this delay.
- 🍽️ Despite having a great dinner at the cafe, they had to rush for the show because of delays in receiving their main dish. However, they were offered free coffee as compensation.
- 📱 Online ordering was convenient and prices were reasonable without being cheap.
