🚲 The bike is lovely and the reviewer’s granddaughter loves it.
👠 There was initially an issue with one of the pedals, but Bobbin Bikes sent a new pair after the reviewer contacted them through their website’s ‘contact us’ method.
⚙️ However, there were other failures like the chat not working and unobtainable phone numbers, which affected the overall impression of product and service.
🎒 Another customer was initially happy with the design of the helmet and bike for their 3-year old, but experienced problems later on.
🤔 The helmet strap fastening broke off and they had to reattach a fallen-off bike pedal. They did not receive a response when they emailed customer service about replacing the helmet.
💻 Live chat with customer service was slow and not very courteous according to this customer. Even after contacting them again, they didn’t receive promised replacements either.
💪 While acknowledging that Bobbin Bikes has great designs, this customer feels let down by both build quality and customer service.
