Extremely unhappy
I visited the salon for upper lip wax. I was attended to by a young girl who could not speak english. She applied cold wax to my upper lip and I told her the wax should be warm. She then left me in the room and went outside for a few minutes, the wax was still on my face. She returned with the hairstylist who said the girl does not do beauty but does nails. Why was I not informed of this prior to the treatment? The hair stylist then removed the wax with strips. Immediately my upper lip was red and sore. Worse still the hair was still intact. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was ignored. They requested payment despite the fact I was treated by inexperienced staff. I paid and left with a red, sore upper lip . I would not recommend them and will not be returning.
