• 🌟 Nikki did a fantastic job with lime green polish on all fingers except the index finger which was painted speckled gold for a concert. The colors looked magnificent and the light and laser show picked them up well.
• 🌟 Nikki is friendly, professional, and did a slick job on the nails. She is highly recommended for anyone wanting their nail done for a concert.
• 😕 One reviewer had to wait a while to be seen despite having an appointment. Their white chrome shellac nails did not look as expected and chipped before their destination wedding. The customer service response was disappointing, suggesting they should have come back before the wedding to get them fixed.
• 😕 When this reviewer complained after returning from their wedding, they were able to get the shellac removed for free but it wasn’t done gently – resulting in broken nails. Furthermore, not all of the varnish was fully removed.
• 🌟 Another happy customer had a perfect experience with a mani pedi and 90-minute massage. The girls at Shine Nails and Beauty are fabulous.
