- 🍰 Delicious cakes, but advertising can be confusing and misleading.
- 🥖 Sometimes you may get slightly stale rolls if they’ve been out for too long.
- ☕️ The deal of a cuppa and roll is only available with tea, not coffee.
- 😊 Staff are usually really nice.
- 💸 £9 for 4 tiny weeny cupcakes is disappointing, especially if they’re rock hard and disheveled in the box.
- 🎁 Presentation of the cupcakes was not great, with a poorly tied bow.
- ❌ Expensive prices (£13 for an iced latte and croissant) and refusal to warm a croissant properly. Only heated it briefly inside a brown paper bag after requesting a refund.
- ⭐️ Asked for sweetener several times but no luck in getting any or placing an order for it.
- 🥯 Ridiculous prices for baps, even though they are decent (especially bacon and egg).
