Not great, overpriced for what it offers. The bacon cheese tart was way too salty for my taste and the empanada was extremely spicy to the point where it is no longer enjoyable (coming from a person who can handle spice pretty well)…I wonder if these pastries were sourced elsewhere or made onsite as the food we ordered were seasoned in a very non-conventional way. The carrot cake was very dense and dry like bread. Earl grey tea were tasteless and almost tasted just like water… The service was not good either, water jug was empty for a long time, tables were not cleaned, dirty plates everywhere…the place was very understaffed. There are lots of other great places in Hampstead so I won’t bother coming back.

Such helpful and friendly staff. I spent three days straight being catered for like I was royalty. Lucy, Syrie, Sara and the rest of the team were exceptionally welcoming. 10/10 would recommend the empanadas!!

Eat Around With Me
3 stars – average coffee; cake was interestingly hard on the outside (see video) but inside was much better – on the sweet side, not intense of rose flavour; good selection of food and pastry
-1 star for forgetting my avocado toast order “the ticket machine wasn’t working”
-1 star for rather cold and inpatient barista when I asked for my avocado toast and asked me to wait for it to be brought to me (which I waited 15 minutes after)
+-0 star for cashier who was apologetic but asked “why didn’t you come and ask me earlier”
+1 star for apologetic chef who offered to make it immediately as I checked
First time ever doing ratings with actual calculation but that’s because my feelings were so mixed

This place was great. Had planned to visit and get some work done – and it actually worked. They have outdoor seating as well as indoors. Big ‘natural wood’ table in the table and individual tables at the back with a work top bar and stools by the window.
Vegan. They don’t have many vegan options however they were willing to adjust some of their options to make it vegan friendly for me.
Table service!!

Such friendly and helpful staff and fantastic food, really well-presented – we used them for a staff picnic and they couldn’t have been more helpful and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you!

A deli with an upstairs café. First off: the deli is balls-achingly expensive – it’s possibly only slightly cheaper than Harrods Food Hall*. The prices are poor value, even if you’re a rich-kid-of-instagram. In fairness to the shop, they’re probably being fleeced by their landlords, so you just have to decide if you want to pay more to enrich some property speculator. Happily, much of the packaged deli stuff is available cheaper only 2 minutes away.
There are some options which give better value – the 3 portions salad springs to mind. The food does look fresh & well presented, and is often tasty.
* to give you an idea, a small side dish portion, consisting solely of a medium size *half a red pepper* containing some veg & cheese, costs £5.50. Similar would cost £3.50 in a good London restaurant. June 2019 prices

Really enjoyed my breakfast here the other day. I walk past here twice a day but till now had always ventured to the other local cafes. I was pleasantly surprised with a wonderful gf/vegan porridge served with berries, toasted seeds, honey.

Popped in there on Saturday and the staff was excellent! I had two unruly children with me, and Diya really helped to calm them down and was very gentle with me and my wife. Definitely one of the top cafes in Hampstead
