Best Shakes in London! The VIP Shakes are brilliant. Thick and tasty! Excellent service! Thank you to the kind waitress who cleaned up my son after his spilling his milkshake all over himself and then kindly bringing him a new one free of charge. The Chicken wings are also brilliant as are the nachos! Will definitely be back

This Tinseltown is quite a small one and can feel a bit cramped at its quietist period. Do not like the front entrance where people huddle up to order their milkshakes, sometimes makes a classy place look like a drug stall.

What a disaster.
They gave us the wrong dishes, cold, some undercooked and the others overcooked.
The bbq chicken wings, came in burnt and without the sauce, the corn on a cob came in cold, swimming in a dark sauce etc.
You can get much better food basically anywhere.
Just as a sad example, I added a picture of their corn on a cob, which we obviously did not touch (and fear not, no one asked us why we didn’t touch the food).

Service Ok. Bit slow seeing as it was empty when we arrived. The nachos were British style, i.e. rubbish compared to North American style nachos (but we were hoping…). Shakes tasty, burger average. Atmosphere a bit run down and budget. “Manager” won’t permit substitutions (again not really fitting for an American restaurant where customer is picky and king). Won’t be returning except perhaps for a shake.

What happened? We were the only people there except for one other couple and there were four members of staff. We wanted a quick dessert and as i can’t have some of the sauces i asked for plain waffles with bananas and strawberries. I was told that the system would absolutely not allow for any changes to the menu. I suggested that as it was quiet and there were more staff than customers maybe they could walk down to the kitchen and just ask for it instead and i was told that this was simply not a possibility which is just not true and ridiculous. We walked out. I had been a loyal customer for years but will not be returning.

Staff are not interested, and leave you waiting ages for food! Burgers and chips were served cold. Even the signature milkshakes took ages, as they were too busy serving people/friends who came in way after us!! Totally disgusted and well annoyed!!
However, food wasn’t bad!…

Used to love this place, been coming here since 2010 and the whole point was that milkshakes were £3.33 and you could get a whole plate of chips. We were all devastated when they put the price of shakes up by a pound a few years ago, but I come in today to find that now all milkshakes are five pounds!!
With every new menu over the past few years has come an increase of one or two quid on ALL food.. I thought it would be the last time I came here when they made the portion of chips a pathetic little cup of the things.. But this is the final straw. Won’t see me here again mate.

The drink I ordered was way too sour and had not been mixed properly. We was waiting for nearly an hour for the food to come out and didn’t get an update at all in till we asked, wrong chips came out…(did get new ones fairly quickly) overall very disappointed with the service!

Only serves halal meat; and food prepared according to barbaric religious rituals is best avoided.
The staff are quite surly too.
But the milkshakes are pretty good.

Have loved this place for the past year however, today went in and was met with a menu on which all the food was a pound more expensive. So sad! Why is a milkshake (milk, ice cream and Oreos) £4.99?! And veggie burger (legit just veg in a bun) £8.99???
