The other day I had to go into the store to sort out a fault on my much beloved Lipault backpack. I cannot rave about the service I received enough. Nathan, the most divine sales clerk, was so pleasant and quick in replacing my bag. I now have my backpack in perfect condition and an experience that will no doubt encourage me to return to the store time and time again. If you are looking for a bag… Lipault is your store and Nathan is the person to help!

I’ve walked past Lipault every few days since it opened. The vivid colours of the items on display in the shop window have always caught my eye. As a store on a (very upmarket!) grey high street Lipault ‘pops’!.
Inside it’s is larger than you might expect. It has a range of luggage and accessories you can tell have been designed, selected and displayed with pride by people with expertise. It’s not cheap by any means but don’t be put off, I found a few things very affordable and I know I’ll be going back.

Dealt with someone called ‘lucia’ a very bad forceful & rude manager who did not know how to treat her staff or even speak to customers politely. Kept interrupting my conversation. Do not know who has hired her lipault need to work on their HR department. Will not shop at lipault again.
