Great quality items, just such a shame that the customer service in there is below all standards! Will shop in Jigsaw elsewhere and not in this store again! Went there on Saturday a week ago and the sales assistant tried to make me buy additional things by lying, i.e. the same boots in other colours and additional clothes by saying that today is the last day of the sales and even if I came back tomorrow (last Sunday) it’s too late as it will be all finished. She was really rushing me and repeating the same thing all over and over again. Now a week later the sales are still on and by visiting another Jigsaw store was advised they will last approx another 2 weeks. The SA should be ashamed for such lying tactics which I do not tolerate. I rather shop in another Jigsaw store where the SA’s do not lie.
