A few years ago (2008-2009), Whistles was on the mumsy side but they’ve regained their cool again and now offer up women’s clothes that cover both trendy early twenties to retirees who like to look good. Think flattering printed dresses, fantastic coats and a high-quality selection of extras. Prices can be high but the sale is very good.
