So rude, unfortunately could not manage the stairs to get wax removed from ear
Had 9.30 appointment refused to bring the machine downstairs told me to come back at 12.30
I am disabled and had to get someone specially to take me .twice.
I would never go back there again.
The machine was a small portable machine why was it necessary to bring me back again.

We owe Ute and Angelika a huge debt of gratitude for the outstanding care and dedication my disabled daughter has received from them both at Miltons over the last 17 years. I have found Ute to be very insightful regarding how best to resolve any issues with my daughter’s long term eye problems. Ute’s vast experience through her hospital, private work and decades of experience has meant we can receive the best of care in our local community, which is invaluable to us. Angelika always chooses Ava the most flattering frames, does excellent glass fittings and her warmth always makes it a treat to visit! Lovely that they have been joined by Majda – a delightful and welcoming team all in all, which made our last visit highly enjoyable as always. Thank you very much!

Just had the most amazing experience at Miltons Eyecare. It was my first visit there. I needed a contact lens check and eye-sight test. Ute did the examination, which was thorough and caring. There was no hard sell to buy frames or lenses, as my prescription hadn’t changed much, although, I did treat myself to new glasses, as I didn’t like my old ones. There was a good selection of frames and plenty of assistance to find a pair I really loved. I’m delighted to have found a local, friendly practice.

My husband is disabled and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Ute, the optician, was able to see past his diagnosis and test his eyes with an open mind. She was able to identify and correct his eyesight, which had deteriorated significantly since his diagnosis. He is delighted that he can now read again both books and subtitles!

A very careful and detailed assessment of both the health of my eyes, and their functionality. This was followed by advice, and prescription glasses. These have enabled me to the world properly again after months of blurry vision in which I had to screw up my eyes in order to focus. A great service, highly recommended.

Excellent practice. Very professional and you know that you are getting really quality optometry, whilst being made to feel at ease. Kind, helpful staff who always help me choose my frames – and are experts at this! Wouldn’t go anywhere else, and couldn’t recommend highly enough.
