As a tenant for 3 years I never felt they did anything to make my life easier. Any dispute and issues we had at the property every single time Heathgate protected interest of the landlord. After ending my tenancy agreement, they didn’t release my deposit and want to give it to landlord to paint the walls as there are some minor wear and tear marks. They want to charge £2400 from deposit to paint whole property. Doesn’t make any sense to me.
I wouldn’t recommend the Heathgate services to the future tenants. Maybe it is good for landlords but worst experience for the tenants.
Update Sept 2022: After 3 months dispute on the deposit I was able to get all my money back. This again proofs that both landlord and the Heatglhgate was trying to take my money without any objective reason.

I sleep soundly because I know that Vivienne and her team are managing my properties to perfection.
They are reliable and responsive and deal with any problems quickly and efficiently. As soon as my tenants gave us notice Heathgate lined up new tenants ready to move in.
I will definitely recommend Heathgate.

Adam at Heathgate sold our flat and he was outstanding from the first moment. We felt he was honest with us at all times, he got us three offers within a week and he went above and beyond the call of duty. We really couldn’t recommend him more highly, he was always available to talk and trouble shoot, and he worked with us and the buyer to ensure the sale went through, which was challenging at times and he stayed calm and focussed under pressure. Amazing job!
