Sadly this otherwise decent shop is ENORMOUSLY OVERPRICED. Duplo zoo that is £45 with John Lewis on sale here for £94… Sylvanian elephant family £12 with JL £17.99 here… while some of the staff are lovely there is a core two who are unfriendly. We have stopped shopping here due to the higher prices.

Fantastic and lovely service. Includes delivery in NW3 and going the extra mile (we’d just had our second daughter and the balloons that were included in the delivery as a surprise have been a massive hit with our first)! Great selection and a very personalised experience. Highly recommend!

Very bad experience. It was not the first time, that I’ve been there : I bought a couple of Teddy bears. But today, when I was living the store one of the employee ask me to come in front of her and remove my mask, for after told me very aggressive : “I told you to never come back”. I was surprised and let her know that I don’t understand because I did nothing wrong. She don’t try to apologise and told me to leave. I don’t recommend this shop for how they treat their customers.

Nice shop but waited outside for it to open as indicated and on stated time of opening nobody showed up. Shame but will order list of birthday presents from John Lewis instead. I’d advise calling before visiting in order not to waste time in case they are often off schedule.
