I’ve had a great connection with Alex Broderick. She only started managing the cottage we rented in Hampstead village after we’ve moved out and yet she has been very helpful despite not having a relationship with us before then. When my parcel was delivered to my old address I thought I will have to travel to Hampstead from West London but she picked it up and sent it to the new address in no time. She has been agile, prompt and extremely helpful in all my conversations with her. It’s wonderful to deal with people who are passionate about their work!

But from the moment Alex Broderick picked up the phone, she blew the rest of the competition away with her winning charm and professionalism. She dealt with all my queries promptly and efficiently, offering great advice when initially valuing the flat and keeping me up-to-date with every development after I’d made the decision to go with Dexters. It proved to be the correct choice because the flat was rented out just days after launching online, with Alex securing a great offer above the asking price. Eva from Dexters Hampstead not only helped us secure the flat we wanted to rent, but also ensured that all the paper work and final check-in process went as smoothly as possible. We had a mattress delivered to our new home a couple of hours before we could get our keys and without any hesitation, Eva made herself available and went to the property to open the door for the deliveryman so our mattress would not get wet from the rain, which helped us greatly. I would highly recommend Eva and Dexters to anyone.

Great agency and very kind agents who take care of you! This clearly hasn’t been the case with the other letting agencies we were in contact with…
We needed to rent urgently an apartment moving from France so even if the procedure was more complicated in this case, Alex Broderick and Eva Reynders helped us along the way and kept us updated at each step. And even after we moved in, they made sure everything was alright 🙂
It was also perfect that the whole procedure could be made online or by phone, which in our case was the only way we could do it from overseas.
