Very very bad customer service the worst i have ever seen in hampstead , i went with my children,their shoes have some mud, the lady in the shop got very angry, ask us if we could clean it up or leave the shop. A shop that sell child shoes have no patient or understanding, Even i said sorry, if i could clean it up, she said please leave, she ll clean it up. It was before covid more then a years ago, i ll never visited this shop again. There might have some stuff have a very good customer service, it might not be far to said they are bot good, but my friend who have the same kind of experience in this shop.

shocking customer service from the older shop attendant. our child was crying in the shop due to the anxious of being measured however the older shop attendant was giving us face and wanting us to leave the shop immediately because she cried too loud.
Sadly not many kids shops around and that shop keeper is working almost everyday.
Owner should get rid of that shop keeper.
