- 👥 Mixed opinions on staff friendliness – some found them not very friendly, while others felt they were helpful and respectful.
- ⚽ The seats in the stadium are close together, which can be uncomfortable for tall individuals with limited leg space. Some found their knees almost touching the person in front of them.
- 🚽 The toilets were well cleaned and there was a pleasant surprise of a basket with free sanitary products for women.
- ✅ There are multiple exits, making it convenient to leave the ground after an event or match.
- 😍🙏🏽 Positive experience attending a Ramadan Iftar event hosted by QPR for the Muslim community, showing gratitude towards the club and staff for providing this opportunity.
- ❌ Some seats obstruct views of the pitch due to several posts throughout the stadium. Sight lines are not excellent either.
