About Little Robins Montessori Nursery & Tutorial Ltd -Performing Arts & Music
- 👶 Our child attended Little Robins since 9 months old and initially we were happy
- 🏢 Concerns arose after Ofsted found poor safeguarding and lack of DBS checks
- 💼 Staff turnover occurred after management change
- 🍽️ Our vegetarian toddler was mistakenly fed meat
- 😬 Managerial meetings were half-hearted and only initiated by us
- 🪵 A splinter of wood was found stuck in our child’s teeth with no concern from staff
- 🥪 Menu included cheese spread sandwiches and cheese spread with pasta, limited vegetarian options
- 🧸 Battery toys provided instead of Montessori learning materials
- ❓ Daily reports were unreliable, leaving us uncertain about our child’s activities
- 😕 Some staff were good, but many have left
- 💔 Lack of communication from management led to our decision to leave.
