About King’s College School
- 👥 Staff were welcoming and the Head seemed sincere with a good sense of humor.
- 🙌 Boys behaved incredibly well.
- ⚒️ Grounds were smaller than expected, but there has been construction and refurbishment.
- 🏫 The school has a bit of history with some retro physics labs and a lovely wooden stairwell.
- 🌧️ Not easy to reach by public transport on a rainy, busy night.
- ❌ Negative experience with one of their minibuses parked in someone’s car park without paying, which was seen as dishonest behavior.
- 💯 Considered one of the best schools for education, boasting outstanding IB results and A* grades in GCSE for over 95% of students.
- 💼 A high percentage of A-level applicants to Oxbridge are accepted.
- ✨ Despite occasional building issues, it is still considered very good overall.
- ✅ Great facilities and a very welcoming atmosphere.
